2013 was a big year in the furniture industry, nevertheless in the luxury sector. I was really impressed with top brands coming up with so many new pieces and trends. Fendi Casa was no exception, and to be honest, I think they were the brand with the most number of newly introduced and launched items. They released sofas, cabinets, beds, lighting, high end chandeliers, and accessories, in addition to new details and fabrics. Their tables were out of this world, I think I need a separate post for that! Here I will just post a few of the items that caught my attention in terms of detail, design, and finish. In the photo above is the magnificent Soho sofa which is shown here as a sectional. Very modern, yet the details reveal quite an eye for luxury finishing. The above dining table represents their shift in design using less shiny and metallic finishes and instead proving luxury can be maintained even in a rustic based design. The Belt Chandelier is an amazing touch.
With all the robust dimensions of this Memoire sofa, yet the rounding of its back puts it back in the refined category. lovely finishing and I particularly loved the pouf/table with it.
The above mesh like lighting is a line the started last year and looks lovely, this is the latest addition to their table lighting collection.
What can I say about this Galileo dining table, I am in love with it in all its forms! here they paired it with a classic, Fendi Casa’s iconic crystal chair.
Again with the chandeliers, all Murano, just beautiful.
This TV/Mirror is not new, but I still find it the best way to add entertainment to the living rom without flashing a TV on your wall, when it’s off, it turns into a mirror, magic!
The Versaille sofa is their new ‘architectural’ sofa, emphasizing as they did with the Plaza, the need to pay extra attention to the side of the sofa/ The triangular side table which creates an asymetrical look is one of my favorite features of the Fendi Casa sectionals.
Again with the lovely Galileo Table, in a rectangular shape.
And finally this wonderful Piano bar in a Ruby colored leather, what a breathtaking piece.
