I'm not looking at this as a bad thing, but instead I am really happy that I have maintained and not put anything on!
There are a couple of factors that I could attribute to the fact that I have not managed to loose anything.
1) Yesterday it was my grandma's funeral, we went back to my mums afterwards and had sandwiches, cakes and sausage rolls. I ate more than I should have done, simple as that.
2) The only other thing, that's been different this week to the last few weeks, is that I have been exercising. I've jogged, walked and today I went to my 1st Zumba class. Now, I have read a few articles that say when you exercise you may see your weight go up. I think this has something to do with the fact that muscle weighs more than fat, but I'm not an expert so I can't be sure that's a reason, and I'm not sure that I've done enough exercise yet to gain any muscle!!!!
I loved Zumba and think I'm going to try and go a couple of times a week from now on. I must get some new trainers thought because I almost broke my neck today with my cheap ones, the soles are far to slippery, not a problem though as I love shopping and this is a necessity!!
