I don't know if this seems like a lot or not? It all fits comfortably into my pug make up bag though (it's 17cm by 12cm for reference) and I've tried to cover a range of options.
In terms of my base I'm gonna keep it light with Clinque's Moisture Surge CC Cream. I have the shade 'very light' and although it already has SPF30, I won't be reapplying it throughout the day so Benefit's Dream Screen will be popped in my bag for when I'm out and about. I have also packed a little pot of Revlon Colorstay foundation in case I want more coverage on a night for a meal or whatever. Of course I couldn't go anywhere without my beloved NARS Creamy Concealer and Rimmel Stay Matte powder to set as it's gonna be mid to late 20s so pretty warm! I'm taking MAC Blushbaby as it's a great matte blush that is foolproof for me to apply.
For brows I've got Benefit BrowZings and Maybelline Brow Drama. I usually use a combination of both, but even just a sweep of Brow Drama keeps my brows at bay!
I struggled to decide on eyeshadows, as I had hoped to take away my NARSissist palette, but since my make up is traveling in the case, I couldn't imagine opening it and seeing the shadows cracked. Urban Decay's Naked Basics is a must-have, with all the shades you need in one dinky palette. Mine has seen better days and I've hit pan, but for 4 days, I can handle it! I've also got Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Liner if I want some cat eye action then to top it all off L'Oréal Miss Manga Mascara, the waterproof edition as my hayfever is notorious for giving me watery eyes and I sneeze a lot. I still can't decide why it's got a bendy brush, but it gives me the volume and length I like. You might have spotted my eyedrops there too, I wouldn't want to go without them!
I've got two pink lipsticks, MAC Pink Plaid and NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in 'Sex Machine', I don't find either to be drying and they last all day so I shouldn't need to touch up. I may add the MAC Viva Glam Rihanna as a red option, a graduation present from my sister, just in case. Other lip products include Lanolips Lemonaid which smells amazing and my absolute favourite, Nuxe Reve de Miel.
And that's it! What would you pack for a short break to Paris?
