Murg Malai Kebab

By Prasanna Hede @savorybites0411

This one is for my friend who told me to try this dish.
I had recently not prepared any kebabs at home although I had many on my "To-Do" list...but I have been procrastinating so much these days!! :(

My friend told me this recipe and thought of trying it and added a bit of twist to this but turned good and easy to cook.
Kebabs were succulent and even the veggies that I used turned super good to eat!!

Every time I visit any Indian restaurant, Kebabs were always on my order but somehow, every time I got something different than what I imagined, and turn up on my plate.
All this disappointment, added to my frustrations, and I decided that I will prepare at home and better than them :)

I did prepare kebabs at home and that too better and tastier than restaurants!! :)
Do try these and enjoy till last bite!!

  • Broil in oven for 15 mins first. Then turn over the skewers and broil again for another 10 mins or till the chicken is cooked well.
  • Enjoy with mint chutney or any other dip.

  • The more you keep chicken to marinate the better the taste.
  • You can optionally add eggs to the mixture.
  • Meat Tenderizer is optional. You can skip this item if you do not wish to use.
