This is an update of my earlier post with updated pictures to treat your eyes!😊
I am a big fan of Kabab,as most of the time kabab is on my order. But these days my food order changed, as most of the time I order Chicken Lollipop for obvious reasons that my kid loves that!
Made these succulent, yummy and tender Chicken/Murg kabab at home and got over in no time and that went beyond my expectations.
My friend had mentioned once about malai kabab that she had once at a restaurant which were unique in its own way. So thought of trying them out myself.
This recipe was posted by me long time back when I had started my blog. I have updated my pictures here and also updated the write-up and recipe a bit.
Try this recipe, and you will enjoy the tender chicken pieces marinated/grilled/broiled in mild flavors and enjoyed steaming hot with a bowl of soup to accompany.
Well this was my weekend!
Do try these and enjoy and share your feedback!
