Great eggless mug cake recipes are now becoming easier with the use of some buttermilk. Now, I've tried a few different versions as some were burning due to lack of fat in the cake, but with my experiments and patient children using oil instead of butter is great option.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Cocoa
3 Tbsp Self Raising Flour
2 TBsp Buttermilk
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Sugar
10g Dark Chocolate
10g White Chocolate
10g Milk Chocolate
Add oil and buttermilk to a mug
Add cocoa, self-raising flour, baking soda and sugar, then stir well.
Add milk chocolate, white chocolate and dark chocolate to the mug.
Stir well
Heat in the microwave at full power for 1 minute 40 seconds
Grab a spoon and enjoy warm.
