Another quick bake in a mug ( not sure if you can call it a bake when made in the microwave ?!). This week we made a triple chocolate brownie with twist of peanut butter.
Ingredients
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Cocoa
3 Tbsp Plain Flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
10g Dark Chocolate
10g White Chocolate
10g Milk Chocolate
Add the egg, oil, peanut butter, sugar, flour and cocoa to a mug and stir well.
Add white, milk and dark chocolate chopped or chips into the mug.
Stir well
Heat in the microwave at full power for 1 minute 45 seconds.
Grab a spoon and enjoy while it's still warm.
