Mug Monday – Mug Brownie

Warm, chocolate, brownie – doesn’t that sound perfect?! What if you can do it in under 3 minutes – Yes, a super quick indulgent mug of dreaminess is what you need.

These mug cake/cookie recipes are great for a fast, easy warm treat – in particular this Brownie in a Mug – with minimal effort and single size portion you can’t go wrong! Within 60-80 seconds this mug brownie is cooked and ready to eat! Great for those cold winter nights!

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1 Egg York
4 Tbsp Plain Flour
1 Tbsp Cocoa
2 Tbsp heaped of chocolate chunks

Melt butter in mug, do not boil the butter, just melt. Add the sugars, vanilla, egg york and salt, then stir well.

Add flour, cocoa powder and stir well.

Finally, add chocolate chunks.

Cook for about 60-80 seconds in microwave.

Grab and spoon and enjoy,

serve warm.
