Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussein has declared that MQM will participate in 14th January long march at any cost. He said that long march is their basic democratic right and no one can deprive them of their democratic right. He further said that MQM is a democratic party which believes in democracy and will not let anyone to derail democratic process in the country.
Altaf Hussain said that no political party except MQM is striving for true democracy in Pakistan. MQM is the only party in the country which sent poor but educated people to assemblies. All other so-called leaders are running parties like there personal businesses and ordinary workers have no access to leaders. He said that MQM opposes dictatorship in all its forms.
