MP Government Crisis: Speaker NP Prajapati’s lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi submitted a petition in the Supreme Court regarding the floor test. He said that there was an attempt to interfere in the Speaker’s jurisdiction. The mantra of floor test is being chanted again and again.

A new way has been adopted to avoid the defection law, the government will collapse due to the 16 MLAs staying out.

Later these 16 MLAs will take advantage of this when the government is formed. The lawyer said that the speaker should be given 2 weeks to accept the resignation of the MLAs.

On this, Jistus Chandrachud said that we want to get the floor test done as soon as possible to prevent the horse trading.

He also suggested the speaker speak to legislators through video conferencing. In this, the Supreme Court also asked for a supervisor. Hearing continues in Supreme Court.

The Speaker’s counsel has sought 2 weeks to consider the resignation of rebel MLAs in the Supreme Court. Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that time is being sought to make an excuse and make some more appointments.

He said that we are comfortable, the MLAs are relaxed and the public is also comfortable looking ahead. Shivraj claimed that truth would prevail and justice would prevail. He said that if he wants to buy and sell MLAs, the ground has slipped under the feet of Congress.

The government has also lodged an FIR today in connection with the demonstration by Congress workers on Wednesday at the BJP state headquarters in Bhopal.

A case has been registered against 40 unidentified people on various charges including shouting provocative slogans during the protest, violating Section 144.
