In a large bowl , place the flour, salt , sugar and yeast diluted in a little water. Gradually add water to get a smooth paste. Knead for 10 to 15 minutes , basting with water until it becomes soft and pliable . Cover the dough and let rise until doubled in volume. Tap the dough with your hands to get rid of bubbles. Divide the dough into balls of equal size , roll in flour and place on a plate. Flatten the dough balls , brush with water with a brush and decorate with poppy seeds . Let rise bread in a warm place . Using a spray bottle , moisten the bread and bake in preheated oven at 220 ° C for 20 to 25 minutes approximately .
