Moon Sand Pet Shop Review

By Therealsupermum @TheRealSupermum

We were very kindly sent the Moon Sand Pet Shop much to the children’s delight to review. We have personally bought other Moon Sans play sets in the past and it is a big hit in our house. The younger children can get involved as much as the other children so it is family fun for all ages, yes even mom too.

We made cats, turtles, dogs, birds and rabbits along with carrots, bones, radishes and bowls of dog food for our Pet Shop. With Casey the owner of the shop we in turn went to visit the Pet Shop and adopted her pets.

I adopted a dog from Casey’s shop but sadly when I picked it up a paw fell off, the kids were not happy and banned me from the shop!

We had great fun and we decided not to bake and paint it this time so we can play again, but we will bake and paint it next time. Casey and Cameron were also not impressed that Kaiden mixed the purple sand with the orange sand, but it did the job anyway, just a mixture of color was given to the pets.

I have to say it was rather difficult to get some of the smaller animals to stay put without collapsing, and as always with sand despite the tray we did end up with half of it on the floor, but despite that the kids loved it and was great fun.

An ideal gift for any child or as a fun family activity.
