Festivals are not always all about camping in sweaty tents and getting soaked and muddy or sunburnt at outdoor festivals, and Montreal's Pouzza Fest is a perfect example of a successful city festival.

The festival, which first started in 2010, is bringing over 150 punk rock's hottest names to several different venues from walking distance to each other in downtown Montreal over three days on May 19th to 21st.

This year's headliners include the US bands Lagwagon, RVIVR, The Slackers, Joey Cape, Tim Barry, Red City Radio, and many more, as well as Toronto's PUP, and The Flatliners, as well as Vancouver's The Real McKenzies.

Other exciting Canadian acts this year include Montreal's own Mental Fix, Blurry Eyes, and W!nslow, Toronto's Trigger Happy and The Dirty Nil, Ottawa's Hellbros and Remi Royale, Vancouver's Isotopes and Edmonton's Raygun Cowboys.

You can still buy passes on the festival's website, and the prices range from the $50 day tickets to the $101.75 full festival passes.
