Serial bank robber strikes again, Maryland waves goodbye to No Child Left Behind Act, Robbery suspect arrested for armed robbery for Nike Foamposit Galaxy shoes, DeMatha High School senior football player dies from blood clot

This morning makes the fourth bank robbery by that police believe to be he same suspect.  The suspect came into M&T Bank, located in the 6300 block of Kirby Road in Clinton, passed the teller a note demanding money, and the teller complied.  The suspect got away with an “undisclosed” amount of dollars and I’m sick of this.  Take a look at this photo and call the police if you have information on this person’s identity.  When banks are robbed in our neighborhoods, we pay for it through higher interest rates, inconvenient bank hours, and fees.  Police believe this same suspect has robbed a Capitol One in Largo, Sun Trust in Upper Marlboro, and Wells Fargo in District Heights.

Maryland will apply for a waiver of the No Child Left Behind Act’s provisions found to be too rigid.  According to the article, if Maryland gets the exemption from Bush’s Leave Children Behind Act, schools would have better curriculum and the achievement gap will be closed by 50% over the next six years.

Didn’t you see this coming or actually, didn’t you see that this trend would continue?  Mr. Lamont Bennett, 19 years old, of Oxon Hill was arrested  at his home in Suitland for jacking someone of their $220 Nike limited edition Foamposit Galaxy athletic shoes.  Nike is a business so I’m not holding them responsible for this foolishness.  I blame all parents who encourage excessive materialism.  Yes it’s your fault.  This boy’s home phone ain’t even on but he used a gun to rob a person for some stupid, and ugly I might add, athletic shoes?
