Passive – Starlit Hourglass

First skill – Stardust Shock
When Cyclops casts two Stardust Disks in the direction he wants them to go, they each hit enemies and do magic damage to them.

Second skill – Planets Attack
Cyclops creates Starlit Spheres around himself and for a short time can move faster than usual.

Enemies hit by multiple Spheres take lessened damage after the first hit.

- Once you have gotten enough mana recovery, use the extra movement speed from Planets Attack to quickly move around the map.

Ultimate – Star Power Lockdown
Cyclops summons a Planetary Sphere and directs it toward the selected enemy hero or creep, causing magical damage and immobilizing them.
- The duration of the Star Power Lockdown immobilization effect varies with the projectile’s travel distance. A target farther away will be immobilized for a longer period of time.
- However, the projectile’s travel speed is sluggish, allowing characters like Lancelot to effortlessly avoid it using Thorned Rose. As a result, pick your target carefully.
- Star Power Lockdown is his lone control spell, so you may utilize it to launch your assault.
- To guarantee accuracy, enable Hero Lock Mode or Skill Smart Targeting in the control options for this ultimate.

As Cyclops, Flicker is a great choice. It gives you an extra way to move around to get closer to your goal or get away from dangerous situations.
It lets you quickly farm creeps, get into the enemy jungle, and take out some of the game’s most important targets, like the Lord and Turtle.

Early game (levels 1-7): Cyclops should concentrate on farming and leveling up to reach his maximum potential.
Mid-game (levels 8-12): Cyclops becomes a big danger once he obtains skill 3 (Star Power Lockdown). He should play on the backline and concentrate on dealing with harm.
