It’s also an ideal accompaniment to any party or special occasion in your family. Mixed Nuts Paratha for Kids (Easy Homemade Sweet Paratha for Kids) is filled with the goodness of mixed nuts. Mixed nuts powder is made by blending different types of healthy nuts together. Mixed Nuts Paratha for Kids (Easy Homemade Sweet Paratha for Kids)

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour – 2 cups
  • Jaggery – 1/4 cup
  • Dessicated coconut – 1/4 Cup
  • Mixed nuts powder – 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – a pinch
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp

Method:

1. Knead the wheat flour using ghee and water.

2. Form a dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

3. For stuffing- Add Mixed nuts powder, jaggery, dessicated coconut and cardamom and Mix well

4. Pinch a small portion of dough and make it into cups.

5. Add stuffing in the dough and gather the sides towards the center and pinch the edges together to seal it.

6. Roll out the stuffed dough-ball into a thick paratha.

7. Cook the paratha over a heated skillet till both sides are cooked and brown.

8. Drizzle some ghee over the paratha as you cook it.

NOTE: The stuffing can be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
