Milk & Sugar Versus Simon Harris

It is hard for me to believe that the Simon Harris hit, "Bass (How Low Can You Go" came out 27 years ago. I've still got the original and some remixes on vinyl. The original was produced with Professor Griff from Public Enemy and includes some classic Chuck D vocals.

This is what Simon Harris had to say about the project: "I have been fans of Milk & Sugar for years so when I heard they were interested in working on ‘Bass (How Low Can You Go)’ it was an honor! We share similar enthusiasm for recording and they are ahead of the curve when it comes to choosing the style of a track. I know ’Bass (How Low Can You Go)’ is in good hands with them.”

Milk & Sugar re-imagined the song giving it a contemporary house sound. The song is set to come out on March 6th, and includes a remix from Doorly. I've got streaming preview clips of the Milk & Sugar version and the Doorly remix:

Milk & Sugar recently remixed the Eddie Amador classic, "House Music". Below is a streaming preview clip. The song can be downloaded by signing up for their mailing list at the link below the clip.
