I didn’t even know that Miley had a sister named Brandi. Apparently, there are 6 Cyrus children, two were adopted by Billy Ray as stepchildren. Brandi is is 26 and is modeling for Rad + Refined. What do you think? All the Cyrus kids have those huge enchanting eyes. Rad + Refined clothing and accessories remind me of a mix between Urban Outfitters and Forever 21, in a good way. Everything is relatively affordable, which is amazing.
