Mild Intensity Earthquake Hit Jharkhand’s Jamshedpur And Karnataka’s Hampi At The Same Time

Two mild-intensity earthquakes of magnitudes 4.7 and 4.0 on the Richter scale hit Jharkhand's Jamshedpur and Karnataka's Hampi respectively at 6:55 AM today, June 5, confirmed by the National Centre of Seismology.

The tremors were felt a day after an earthquake of 3.0 magnitude was felt near Noida in the National Capital Region (NCR) at 10:42 PM.

According to the officials, no loss of life or property has been reported yet from all the three earthquake-hit cities.
