Welcome to Readers' Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I reached the mid-point of the month at the mid-point of my exercise goals for September - 600 of 1200 minutes including 6 of 12 DVD workouts. Now, to just keep that up for the rest of the month, even though it seems to be getting busier every day!
