Well the "Fashion Oscar's" commenced tonight otherwise known as the MET Costume Institute Gala. Since this event is solely about "who you are wearing". I complied this list based off of the Designers who designed the most creative and beautiful gowns. I didn't list the names of celebrities because, well it's not about them.
