Meri Masala Maggi

By Divyagattani88
Maggi needs no introduction. It is one of the most popular food item among all age people. I think we all love maggi in some or the other way. Be it the 2 am hostel maggi or college dhaba maggi or maggi in a jiffy when you are too hungry and too lazy to make a proper dish. I can have maggi all alone or with my bro or with my bunch of friends. Its absolutely to die for.

Servings : I made it for myself

Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking time : 2 mins duh !!! It takes quite longer than that. Approx 10 mins.
Ingredients:

Maggi : 1 whole slice (which has 2 layers) and 1/2 slice.

Maggi masala : 2 sachets ( I want to make it spicy, you can put 1)
Capsicum (Finely chopped) : 1 small
Tomato (Finely chopped) : 1 small
Corn : 1/4 cup
Peas : 1/4 cup
Green chillies (Finely chopped) : 1/8 tsp
Mustard seeds : a pinch
Butter or oil : 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup : 1 tbsp
Green chilli ketchup : 1/4 tsp
Soya sauce : 1/2 tsp
Salt : if required
Method :

1. Boil 2-3 cups of water in a deep pan. Add few drops of oil and add maggi. Cook until the noodles are softened yet firm. Do not overcook the noodles otherwise they will messed up together.

2. Heat butter in a kadhai or pan, add mustard seeds. Put green chillies and maggi masala. Mix them.
3. Add all the vegetables and cook them for a minute.
4. Add tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce and soya sauce. Mix them well.
5. Once the vegetables are cooked add maggi and mix it gently.
6. Check for salt and add only if you needed. The maggi masala and soya sauce are salty so I didn't put any salt.
7. Serve hot !!!

Handy tips :

# You can add onions or any vegetables of your choice.

# You can avoid soya sauce if you want.
# Instead of butter, you can use oil.

The consistency should be much thinner than regular dosa batter
