Where is the time going? As I was cleaning out the cups from our Easter dye last night I was thinking wasn’t it just Christmas Eve? And now here we are celebrating Easter. Spring is here! In name mostly, although it is warming up around these parts. The realization that I have two birthday coming up within the next 4 weeks though has me a little panicked. Because not only have I not bought anything for their birthdays, but I also have not even begun to plan birthday parties. How is that even possible? My friends and family should be getting a huge kick out of this. I know it will happen though.

Monica’s Menu For March 31 – April 6
Sunday: It’s Easter, so Ham of course with a homemade glaze. Scalloped potatoes and green beans for sides.
Monday: Omelets with the left over ham.
Tuesday: Pork chops with mashed potatoes and carrots.
Wednesday: Quesadillas with carrots and ranch.
Thursday: Fend for yourself (everyone will be eating at a different time because I’ve got conferences and lots of running around to do).
Friday: Homemade macaroni and cheese with ham.
Saturday: Chicken cordon bleu with baked potato and carrots.
