While visiting relatives, I was able to get access to the Cadet Area.  The primary feature of the area is a large, square pavilion known as The Terrazzo with the iconic Cadet Chapel.  Four aircraft mark the corners of The Terrazzo.  The F-15 was notable in many ways, one being the first aircraft to have a thrust-to-weight ratio greater than one, allowing for vertical acceleration while climbing.  This A-model Eagle was in service from 1972-1992.   HDR with Nikon D300, processed with Photomatix.
