Looks like I have been on an unintentional blog break.I was in my native for a long time and was not able to blog/comment on regular basis due tp laptop crash there. Now I am back at home and hope to continue in regular phase. I am first converting all my drafts into posts,so here I am with mattar paneer that I made a few weeks ago.Mattar paneer is a creamy semi gravy side dish made of mattar(green peas) and paneer(cottage cheese). This is a very famous dish from North India and there are N number of recipes for this. Here this version is very easy and simple to make with no grinding involved. This is an utterly delicious and rich dish, best served with any Indian flat bread.
