Matcha & Black Sesame Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:
• 150 g (about 10) digestive or graham crackers, crushed
• 60 g (¼ cup) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

For the Filling:
• 450 g cream cheese, softened
• 120 g (½ cup) granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 120 ml (½ cup) sour cream or Greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch

For the Swirls:
• 1½ teaspoons matcha green tea powder
• 1½ tablespoons black sesame paste (or tahini + toasted sesame + sugar)
