Mass Attn Gen Martha Coakley Takes the Major Banks to Court Over FORECLOSURES

Martha Coakley, the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, today announces a lawsuit against the major banks (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, CITI, GMAC, MERS and MERSCORP) for unlawful and illegal foreclosure of homeowners in her state.

Now that the state of Massachusetts has taken a step in the right direction, get going with the R.I.C.O.
