Thoughts on Masquerade
Masquerade is a horror thriller that focuses on a home invasion robbery. Watching a young girl try to survive the invasion by masked invaders. It will bring the idea of suspense behind what is going on, saving us with a nice twist in the story.
When it comes to how everything plays out. It will give us the typical hiding during a home invasion story. The movie will give us surprises in how it ends up unfolding, hiding the secret well throughout.
Sadly, this doesn’t seem to have enough intensity to make it stand out in the thriller side of things. Leaving us feeling like we could have gotten more from it.
Final Thoughts – Masquerade is a smart concept for a thriller but lacks the impact.
