Mars Inc., the world’s largest chocolate manufacturer, has registered for a trademark for “SNICKERS” in the metaverse and non-fungible tokens.
Michael Kondoudis, a trademark attorney, tweeted the news.
On June 13, the application was submitted with the USPTO. The brand wants to provide via the mark.

On June 24, trademark attorney Michael Kondoudis tweeted the news.
According to his tweet, the trademark application is aimed for NFTs, digital tokens, virtual candies, and Snickers.
