I put a map on my wall this past week. It was going to cost $249 to have it framed, so I taped it. I then put little red stickers to mark off where I’ve been. Some cities and places weren’t listed so I had to guess. I stepped back and looked at those little dots. After more than ten years of travel and over 40 countries visited (some of them more than once), my map looked kind of empty.

People always tell me I’ve traveled so much. It’s true, I have. Yet, it’s insatiable.

This isn’t a glass/map half full or half empty scenario. It’s a fact – there is much of the world I’ve yet to see, so much I still crave.

I looked at that map, at the little red dots and see all the places I still need to see.

That left me with only one question…

Where will I go next?
