The Trump administration has accomplished only two things economically. They started a trade war with China (and some of our allies), and they gave corporations a giant tax cut. Trump promised that both of these moves would increase manufacturing in the United States (and therefore create a massive amount of well-paying jobs). This has not happened.
The trade war has just raised the price of goods for American consumers (who are the ones paying the tariff). The tax cut just had corporations buying their own stock (just inflating the value of that stock without investing in the company to create any real value).
The chart above is from the Institute for Supply Management. A monthly number exceeding 50 generally indicates that manufacturing in the U.S. is expanding. A number below 50 indicates that manufacturing is contracting. Note that manufacturing in the U.S. has been contracting for the last five months. Trump's economic policies have been a failure.
