Mann Ki Baat: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed his radio program Mann Ki Baat on Sunday amid a nationwide lockdown over the Covid-19 pandemic.
At the beginning of his address, PM Modi apologized to the people for the inconvenience, but definitely told the lockdown.
He said that especially poor people are facing problems. Some people may be angry with me, but this is necessary. During this time, PM also talked to the relatives of Corona virus victims and doctors and encouraged them. Read the big things about PM’s address –
First of all, I apologize to all the countrymen. And my soul says that you will definitely forgive me because you have to take some decisions due to which you have to face many kinds of difficulties. Many people will be angry with me as to how they have kept everyone locked in the house. I understand your problems, your problems too, but there was no way for a country with a population of 130 crores like India to fight against Corona without taking these steps.
The corona virus has imprisoned the world. It is challenging everyone with knowledge, science, poor, rich, weak, powerful. It is neither tied within the borders of the nation, nor does it see any region nor any weather.
We have been told here – ‘And and disorders, api tarunha sadhyate sukhan’ i.e. the disease and its outbreak should be tackled in the beginning. Later diseases become incurable, then treatment becomes difficult. Today, the whole of India is doing the same to every Indian.
I know no one wants to break the law, but some people are doing it because they still do not understand the seriousness of the situation. If you break the rule of Lockdown then it will be difficult to avoid the virus.
Some people feel that they are following the lockdown, so by doing so as if they are helping others, this confusion is not right. This lockdown is for you to save yourself. You have to save yourself, save your family.
Who are our front line soldiers. Especially our nurses are sisters, nurses are brothers, doctors, para medical staff, companions who have defeated Corona. Today we should take inspiration from them.
He works with kindness, not for money and any special wish, but for the service of the patient, he is the best doctor.
Friends, all our companions here are busy in bringing you and the entire country out of this crisis. What these things tell us, we not only have to listen to them, but they also have to be brought down in life.
Today I salute every nurse full of humanity. The service you all work with is incredible, it is also a coincidence that the year 2020 is celebrating the International Year of the nurses and midwife.
Whether you are a partner like a doctor, a nurse, para medical, ASHA, ANM worker, cleaning worker, your health is also very concerned about the country. In view of this, the government has announced health insurance of up to Rs 50 lakh for such 20 lakh companions.
