Mani Monday: Girly Girl

I’m barely going to make it while it is still Monday{in fact I’m typing while I’m waiting on my last coat to dry so I take pictures!}.  It has been beyond busy for me today.  Between my normal Monday chores, I had to do an even more thorough cleaning of our master bath because we found our FOURTH snake in there last night in the last week! Gross, Gross, Gross! Even the exterminator has no clue where they are coming from! Thank goodness they are tiny & non-poisonous!

Ok, on to Mani Monday!

Helpful Tips

  • Make sure you warm the nail strips between your hand before using {same with Sally Hansen}.
  • Use cuticle scissors for first trimming.
  • I HIGHLY recommend using the curved end of a metal nail file  like the one below to finish trimming instead of the provided nail file.  These are super delicate, so this helps you trim without trimming off too much or ruining the design.
  • Top Coat.
  • The Milani is more top coat than glitter {looks were very deceiving!} so use very thin layers or you will have a huge goopy mess that slides right off.  I learned the hard way.
