Ingredients:
1cup mango pulp
1 cup full fat milk
1/2 cup condensed milk or milk powder
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup sugar or to taste
Preparation:
- Peeled and chopped ripe mangoes and make a puree.
Method:
- Put the mango pulp into a blender jar.
- Add fresh cream, milk, condensed milk, sugar and blend till smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow container.
- Cover with an aluminum foil and freeze for 3-4 hours or till semi-set.
- Pour the mixture into a mixer and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture back into the same container.
- Cover with an aluminum foil and freeze till set.
- Scoop out into a bowl and serve.

serving suggestion:- If you like, garnish with some pistachio or fresh mango pulp/pieces or honey or chocolate syrup.
- Sweetness can always be adjusted as per your taste.
