Ingredients:
- 1 cup ripe mango chopped mango
- 1 banana chopped
- 1 cup orange juice
- sugar to taste(optional)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
- ice cubes (optional)
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the mango flesh into pieces from either side of the flat stone.
- Peel and chop the banana.
Method:
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy texture.
- Pourmango banana smoothie in the glass and serve chilled.
- Increase the quantity of orange juice to dilute the smoothie.
