Ambalantota Police has started an investigation regarding a case where the younger brother died after coming into contact with an illegal power line drawn by his elder brother. A 35 year old man had died on Saturday night after coming into contact with the illegal electricity connection allegedly drawn by his elder brother in an attempt to protect his trishaw from robbers. Police say that the deceased person is a drug addict and is also a person who has been arrested for previous crimes.The person who had drawn the power line has been arrested and the police are investigating.
