A young man who tortured and killed a dog and posted a video of his act on social media has been remanded by the Kayts Court.
The youth (21) was arrested by the Kayts Police in Jaffna on Monday.
The Kayts magistrate’s court had ordered the suspect to be remanded until August 29 after when he was presented to the court by the police yesterday.
