Mambukal Mountain Resort is a place for nature lovers and adventure junkies. It is just around 45 minutes away from Bacolod City. There are lots of activities to do from trekking to swimming to bat watching. Entrance fee is PhP50 (USD1) per person and there are additional payments for the activities inside the resort.
The mountain has a series of seven breathtaking waterfalls. Due to hot weather and limited amount of time, they just aimed for the first waterfalls.
There are interesting rock formations and a forest of tropical and semi-tropical trees.
There are lots of bats flying around the place.
Mambukal has a number of hot sulfur springs where you can take a dip through the pools and bathhouses.
You can also try the Canopy Walk with its hanging bridges, see the scenic nature through the zipline, and challenge yourself on the wall climbing.
