Here’s something to do with any remaining icing you have–decorate sugar cubes. I saw these on Cute Food for Kids. Instead of piping directly on the cubes, I piped out little hearts, let them dry and then attached. This allowed more room for piping mistakes (of which there were a few). You could make letters to spell something out or any other shape you can think of. It would be cute for a tea party or to package along with tea or coffee for a fun gift.
