I am sharing my Magnolia-licious card for the Tuesday Challenge "ANYTHING GOES". This will be my last card for the Magnolia-licious team I have thoroughly enjoyed being on the team and working with the adorable Magnolias and the fantastic team members, but it is now time for me to take a crafting break from all design teams, yes, including my beloved Lili of the Valley. I hope to get around to the occasional card, but it just will be when I have free time, so please do keep checking back and say "hello".
I think we all go through those times when we just need to go a different direction. I am going to start volunteering for a Hospice group and want to dedicate my time that way. I have always volunteered in the community in one way or another but this one will be very special to me. I can't think of a better way to spend my time than helping those at the end of their life make a smooth transition. Some may not even have family to visit, so someone needs to be there for them!
So without further ado here is my project for the challenge. I have made an ornament with the super cute new minis from the latest Christmas collection, Waiting for Christmas!
I colored mini Little Cute Tilda and mini Snowy Branch with distress inks and used my cricut to cut the tags. I have a piece of cardboard sandwiched between the cardstock pieces. My sentiment is from Lili of the Valley - Christmas Wishes.
This will be the last challenge of the year so that the DT can spend some quality time with family and friends during the upcoming Holiday Season. Our challenge will run until Jan. 12. That gives you 6 weeks to create some fabulous cards/projects for a chance to win a prize form Magnolia-licious.
Leave us a comment on any of the DT’s blogs and/or the Challenge blog for a chance to win a weekly prize. The winner is announced every week during the “W”ednesday post.
I hope you will join our challenge!
Big hugs,
Dena
