Follow this path to find the folder with the Save Games and Save Files – PC Windows:
Windows Save Game Data – Save File: %LOCALAPPDATA%\2K Games\Mafia III\Data\<user-id>\gamesaves\default\aslot\*.sav
Requirement 1: If you don’t find anything in the folder try to save game for the first time
Requirement 2: The folder after “Data” is your user id
