NB: The book I read contained numerous Shakespeare plays but I only read Macbeth.First off, I will apologise to all Shakespeare fans. I am about to diss something you probably adore. It's not personal believe me. I thought I'd enjoy this. I liked Shakespeare in school especially his sonnets. The book itself is quite lovely and illustrated throughout. I'm a poet and love poetry. I thought I was in a win-win situation. Unfortunately, I really didn't enjoy Macbeth. I love the story of Macbeth but the language and style really dense and hard-going. I should probably have read something inspired by Shakespeare for this category. I'm disappointed as I thought I'd enjoy this.
