Luxembourg-based Female-Fronted Grunge Rock Group Ptolemea Bring Sabbath and Alice in Chains Heaviness on New 'Maze' EP
Ptolemea's 5-track EP is due for release March 13 via FinestNoiseReleases (FNR).
We're very pleased to introduce Luxembourg-based female-fronted alternative/grunge rock group Ptolemea and their new EP Maze, due for release 03/13/2020. Ptolemea's music is informed by both the heavy, emotive vocals of Layne Staley-era Alice in Chains and the prodding doom blues rock of Black Sabbath and their kin.
Message from the artist
The purpose of this EP is to musically describe the polarity we all have inside of us: good vs bad, angel vs devil, ego vs essence of the soul. The songs of the EP describe different moments of that inner confusion giving us sometimes that feeling that we are in a "Maze", with no way out of our thoughts.Watch the band's official music video for EP title track 'Maze'.
