Happy New Year! I’m just now getting back into the swing of things after an unplanned long break, and soooo excited to do so…finally! But rejuvenation comes easily when you stumble upon gems like this très dreamy Parisian terraced pad. Architect Joseph Dirand took a sad 80′s remodel and reinserted its previous glamour with paneling and moldings, marble galore, and contemporary fixtures for good measure. (Not to mention the floors…and the art!) It’s that perfected mix of traditional architectural elements with modern furnishings that never fails to take my breath away. And let’s not forget my fave palette of white, black, gray and gold…
