Lululemon Run: Swiftly Tech Review

By Thelawsoffashion

Friday, I went to Lululemon and of course wanted to buy the entire store.  But, I came away with the Run: Swiftly Tech Short Sleeve Shirt in neon pink and plain black Groove pants.

My review of the Run: Swiftly Tech shirt is as follows:

Although I just bought the shirt three days ago, I do have some thoughts on it.  I originally purchased the short sleeve version for $58.  I got it home and took off the tags before I even tried it on.  Dumb move.  The minute I pulled it over my head, I noticed a snag near the belly button area.  I decided it wasn’t even worth my time to go all the way back to the mall, but the longer I looked at it, the more annoyed I was.  I just paid what high school kids make in an entire day of babysitting for a workout shirt.  Nope. I couldn’t stomach it.  So I took it back the next day and decided to exchange it for the long-sleeved version.

I figured it would be just as airy (the short-sleeved version felt like I had absolutely nothing on).  Wrong.  I was also super annoyed when I wore the shirt for one workout and my right arm has a huge snag in it.  Worse than the original.  I am over these shirts.  While I think that the fabric is definitely innovative, if it snags just by wearing it, I am not into it.  It makes me a little ill to think of this still with how much money I spent on the damn thing.  Never again.  Its cute.  But no. Not for me.
