Story: Lost Phoenix starts when a man named by his nurse Anya, Joe (Dral) wakes up from a coma during the COVID outbreak. Anya tries to fill him in before he learns he is now a wanted man. However, Joe doesn’t have his memory yet and goes in search of answers about who he is.

As Joe goes in search of answers, he starts learning about the changes in the world. His connections offer answers, but not everything can be trusted as he demands answers.

Verdict on Lost Phoenix

Lost Phoenix is a thriller following a man who has lost his memory after an incident. When he starts searching for answers, he finds himself crossing paths with a secret organisation. However, not everything is what it seems, as the search for answers intensifies.

This is a thriller that uses the lost memory concept to follow the man facing threats around every corner. It shows how helpless he is, while still being deadly in combat. However, the loose addition of memory loss being because of COVID-19 feels cheap. Everyone knows how much I hate films using that. When it comes to the action, we get some fun sequences which show how skilled Joe is in combat. Each one leads to a bigger sequence showing the increased intensity of the battles.

Final ThoughtsLost Phoenix is a tense thriller which keeps you guessing.
