According to the Associated Press, Yan Xiaohong, deputy director of the National Copyright Administration said that the Chinese government gives the right to Proview Technology as the trademark owner iPad. '' The dispute between Apple and Proview regarding trademarks iPad has gone through the judicial process,'' said Yan. He added that under the Government of China, Proview still legal representation for the use of the trademark.
iPad  stands for Personal Internet Access Device, began to be produced and sold by Proview from 1998. The iPad is not a tablet, but an All in One PC is similar to the All in One PC that also sold in 1998, the Apple iMac. For over 10 years of Proview produce between 10 thousand to 20 thousand desktop with 15-inch CRT monitor, before they collapsed in 2010 and abandoned factory in Shenzen, which caused the global economic crisis. Almost all of its assets, including trademarks IPAD now belongs to eight different banks, and Proview debt to banks is very large.
