Verdict on Lost in Perfection

Lost in Perfection is a thriller following a TV anchor who discovers her father might be involved in a romance scam. However, the deeper she dives into the case, the more damage it starts doing to her life. She finds herself in a race to uncover the truth before it is too late.

This is a movie that investigates one of the more difficult crimes affecting people, the romance one. It uses this to show how easily people can fall for it and end up losing everything in it. While it does a great job of keeping you guessing, it struggles to draw thick enough lines between the main crime and the bigger picture. The performances are strong, and it does give us an interesting enough mystery to watch unfold.
