Long Weekend

By Lilveggiepatch @Lilveggiepatch

An early walk on Sunday morning.

A stroll over the Brooklyn bridge.

Movie night to see Side Effects. (Guys, go see this right now. It was one of the best films I’ve seen in years. The acting is really strong, the direction is perfect- I love pretty much everything Steven Soderbergh touches- and the story was full of so many twists and turns, I was on my edge of my seat the whole time. Love love love. Five stars.)

Brunch at Kickshaw! They know how it’s done, and open their doors at 9. (Who can wait until noon to eat?!)

Two dishes, split: savory and sweet.

Sweet: brioche French toast with hard cider pear compote + chili cheese crisp

Savory: cold poached eggs with miso butter + pickled mustard seeds

Our last cozy moments as Charleysitters.

An Indian feast!

Not pictured: a Girls marathon, crêpes and bourbon on the Lower East Side, a coffee date in our apartment, booking a trip for spring break. A 12-hour night of sleep. A 6-hour night of sleep. Guided meditation.
