Apparently I took these photos back in January (evidenced by the frost everywhere), loaded them into Blogger to draft a post, and then promptly forgot about them. Which, I guess, happens when life is super crazy and you fall asleep pretty much the second you sit down for more than 15 minutes (except when you actually need to go to sleep, because that is the best time to be awake, obviously). But, here they are. The weather may have changed, but this outfit is still mostly appropriate right now (except maybe the boots, because it's already too warm to wear boots).
I bought this dress as an option for a job interview last summer, and sort of forgot about it in my closet. But I really love it. I don't have many brown dresses, especially ones on the business-end of business casual, so it's a nice change from the never-ending black, black, black. Except I really like black...
Hopefully I'm semi-back for good now. I have some posts lined up, and now that spring has arrived, outfit posts just got 1000x easier to take (hello, winter is freezing). I've missed you all, hope you've missed me, and look forward to chatting on social media, in the comments, and possibly in person (hey, any St. Louis bloggers?!)
